Strike Group consolidates expertise in new head office in Utrecht

Utrecht, 2 March 2026 – STRIKE Group has taken up residence in a new head office on Zonnebaan in Utrecht. As a result of this relocation, all companies within the group – CDDN, EDM, Hummingbird Data Group, GeoInsights and GuestWave – are now housed at a single shared location. The move is designed to strengthen synergy between the various disciplines and marks a new phase of growth for the organisation.

As the overarching group, STRIKE plays a leading role in guiding its labels and their clients through the most significant developments in the field of data in the near future. The relocation to the group’s central hub in Utrecht replaces the previous distribution across several sites in Utrecht, Nieuwegein and Nieuw-Vennep, directly contributing to shorter lines of communication and closer collaboration between the different areas of expertise.

STRIKE Group positions itself as an integrated platform supporting clients worldwide in personal validation, onboarding and data quality. This includes automating identification and verification processes and enhancing complex customer and consumer data flows to generate sharper business insights. By working together physically in one location, a true ‘think tank’ environment is created, enabling faster decision-making and allowing innovative client solutions to be tested and integrated without delay.

Harald Dols, CEO of STRIKE Group, sees the benefits for the market immediately: “For our clients, this means one central destination and faster access to a broader range of expertise under a single roof. At our core, we are a data company building innovative, data-driven software solutions. By bringing our teams together, we reinforce that promise and are better positioned to anticipate technological developments, such as the integration of e-wallets and the continued expansion of our international data validation services.”

Ambitious growth strategy

The relocation also provides scope for the continued execution of STRIKE Group’s buy-and-build strategy. The collective aims to complete one to two acquisitions per year in order to further expand its product portfolio and international presence. The new premises have therefore been designed with growth in mind, offering the capacity to integrate newly acquired companies directly into the group.

Facilities for knowledge sharing

The new office has been fully equipped to support hybrid working and modern forms of collaboration. In addition to providing an inspiring working environment for staff, the location offers extensive facilities for clients. Dedicated spaces have been created for presentations, client events and round-table sessions, further establishing STRIKE Group as a meeting place for knowledge sharing about data as both a resource and a driving force for growth, trust and, ultimately, compliance.
